We started here in 2014, when we opened a butcher shop where we care about the origin and quality of our ingredients. We began reviving the butcher’s craft, offering meat from Czech farms that respect the animals and the traditional means of processing them, and preparing butcher’s dishes right at the shop.

The butcher’s shop includes a store in the shopping arcade, where you can buy baked goods, smoked meats, broths, ready-to-eat meals and other products.

Our new butcher shop in Hall 27 of Holešovická tržnice – a place where meat has been prominent since time immemorial. Here you can also buy the broadest variety of meat from Czech breeders and smoked meats made according to traditional recipes, and enjoy a burger, meatloaf in a bun and steak tartare.

In addition to our offer of fresh products from the counter, you will also find baked goods and essentials – spices, broths, oils and well-known sauces from Ambiente restaurants.

We produce our own smoked meat products according to traditional recipes. We know all of our suppliers personally and take care to ensure that their animals live a contented life. Our main supplier is Amaso.
